What is the 3:2 Launch Team?
The Launch Team is the foundational group of leaders and volunteers who will help birth and build The 3:2 Church leading up to and through the public launch of weekly services.
Think of it as the core team—the pioneers who help shape the church’s culture, serve in essential roles, and spread the vision across the city. It’s part family, part movement, and part mission.
What Will Launch Team Members Do?
You’ll play a hands-on role in helping us launch strong, and continue growing once the doors open. Some of the areas you might serve in include:
Worship & AVL (Audio/Visual/Lighting)
Musicians, singers, sound techs, camera operators, lighting assistants
Hospitality & Guest Experience
Greeters, parking team, welcome table, setup & teardown, café hosts
Kids Ministry & Champions Club
Teachers, helpers, check-in team, special needs support
Creative & Digital
Social media, video editing, photographers, content creators, graphic designers
Administration & Logistics
Organizers, schedulers, donor database, planning center assistants
Prayer & Care Team
Intercessors, pastoral support, encouragement leaders
Outreach & Events
Community service, school partnerships, launch parties, invite team

What’s Required to Join the Launch Team?
A Heart for People: You care about reaching others with the love of Jesus.
Commitment to the Vision: You believe in helping others grow in faith and thrive in life (3 John 2).
Team Spirit: You’re ready to build something together—not just attend, but contribute.
Time Investment: You’ll attend Launch Team Meetings (twice a month) and serve in a key role on Sundays once we launch.
Spiritual Growth: You’re growing personally—reading your Bible, praying, and staying teachable.
Be a Vision Carrier: You share the vision boldly and invite others into the story.

What is the Launch Team?
The Launch Team is the core group helping establish The 3:2 Church in Prosper, TX. This is more than volunteering—it’s a calling. You’ll be part of the foundation we build upon for years to come.
You'll help us shape culture, serve faithfully, reach families, and prepare for our official launch in 2026.
You are the first wave—the pioneers who will help bring the vision of 3 John 2 to life:
“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.”
How You’ll Contribute
Launch team members will serve in one or more key ministry areas:
Worship & AVL – Music, sound, lighting, livestreaming
Hospitality & First Impressions – Greeting, parking, set-up, coffee, welcome center
Kids Ministry & Champions Club – Age-based classes, special needs care, check-in
Creative & Social – Reels, editing, content, photo/video, social media
Setup & Logistics – Loading in, signage, stage setup, gear transport
Admin & Follow-Up – Emails, texting, data entry, volunteer management
Outreach – Events, flyer drops, community connections
Prayer & Pastoral Care – Intercession, care calls, spiritual support
Whatever your lane, you’ll be trained, empowered, and appreciated.
What We Ask of You
Serve at least twice a month
Attend bi-monthly team nights (1–2 per month)
Be an active inviter and vision carrier
Support the church in prayer, faith, and finances as God leads
Help us build something excellent—not just for us, but for those who’ve never encountered Jesus
