The Launch Team

​

The Launch Team is the group of people helping establish The 3:2 Church from the ground up. This team helps shape the culture, serve in key areas, and bring the vision to life leading up to—and through—our public launch. Think of it as the foundation: people who don’t just attend, but help build something meaningful together.

Where You Can Serve

​

There’s a place for everyone. Launch Team members can serve in one or more of the following areas:

 

• Worship & Tech – Music, sound, lighting, livestream

• Hospitality & First Impressions – Greeting, parking, setup, welcome

• Kids Ministry & Champions Club – Children’s ministry and special needs support

• Creative & Digital – Social media, photo/video, content creation

• Setup & Logistics – Load-in, signage, staging, tear-down

• Administration – Scheduling, follow-up, organization

• Outreach & Events – Community events and partnerships

• Prayer & Care – Prayer support and encouragement

What We Ask of You

​

Being part of the Launch Team means committing to grow and serve together.

 

We ask that you:

 

• Serve at least twice a month

• Attend monthly team nights

• Be a positive voice and inviter

• Grow personally in faith and character

• Support the vision through prayer and generosity as you’re able
