About us

Lee and MiChelle Ferguson are the founding pastors of The 3:2 Church, launching in Fall 2026 in the North Dallas area.

 

Between them, Lee and MiChelle bring over 25 years of combined ministry experience, having served faithfully in leadership, creative arts, teaching, and pastoral care. Their heart is simple yet deeply intentional: to help people move beyond merely knowing about Jesus and into a real, personal relationship with Him—one that brings transformation to every area of life.

 

As musicians and creatives, Lee and MiChelle believe faith should be lived, felt, and experienced—not just talked about. Their approach to ministry is relational, Spirit-led, and grounded in the truth that God desires wholeness for the soul, the body, and everyday life.

 

At the core of The 3:2 Church is a passion to create a space where people can grow in faith and thrive in life, discovering who God created them to be and learning how to walk that out with purpose, authenticity, and hope.

 

Lee and MiChelle reside in Allen, Texas with their son, Lucas, and are committed to building a life-giving church rooted in biblical truth, genuine community, and the transforming power of Jesus.
