The Greek word for “prosper” in 3 John 2 is euodoó

Literal Meaning

“To have a good journey,” “to succeed on one’s way,” or “to be led along a good path.”

In the context of 3 John 2, euodoó refers to succeeding and flourishing in life’s journey, both spiritually and practically. It implies progress, success, well-being, and divine favor in all areas of life, as one’s soul prospers. God's desire is for you to be:

Fruitful in purpose
Secure in your home and life

God-ordained and walking in his call for your life

Lee Ferguson

Lead Pastor

Pastor Lee Ferguson is a third-generation pastor, visionary leader, and passionate communicator of the gospel.

As the founding pastor of The 3:2 Church in Prosper, Texas, Lee brings over 30 years of ministry experience, marked by a deep legacy of faith, a bold heart for outreach, and a relentless commitment to helping people grow in faith and thrive in life.

Licensed and ordained at Word of Faith International Christian Center, Pastor Lee has traveled the world preaching the uncompromised Word of God since 1994.

He also served faithfully as the Worship Arts Director, blending creativity, excellence, and anointing to help usher people into God’s presence.

Born on Purpose. Leading with Purpose.

Raised in a ministry household and mentored by his father, Pastor Lee always knew he was called. But it was when he fully embraced the truth that he was born on purpose and for a purpose that his mission became crystal clear: To carry the message of Jesus Christ to the world and to give hope to those who have none.

This revelation fuels everything he does—from preaching with boldness to shepherding broken people with compassion, to building a church that reflects the heart of God.

A Church for the Whole Person

At The 3:2 Church, Pastor Lee leads with the conviction found in 3 John 2:

He believes the church should not only address spiritual growth, but also emotional healing and personal purpose. That’s why under his leadership, The 3:2 Church is more than a building—it’s a movement dedicated to transforming lives from the inside out.

Lee serves alongside his wife, MiChelle Ferguson, as co-lead pastors.

Together, they model a powerful example of unity in marriage, ministry, and mission.

Their passion is to build a life-giving, Spirit-led church that welcomes the hurting, equips the believer, and sends out leaders into every sphere of life.

Co-Pastor

MiChelle Ferguson is a dynamic communicator, faith-filled leader, and co-lead pastor of The 3:2 Church in Prosper, Texas, alongside her husband, Pastor Lee Ferguson.

With over 25 years of ministry experience, MiChelle is passionate about helping people grow spiritually, heal emotionally, and thrive in every area of life—rooted in the promise of 3 John 2: “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.”

Known for her biblical depth, relatable teaching style, and infectious humor, MiChelle brings clarity and confidence to people at every stage of life.

Whether on the platform or in personal ministry, her goal is always transformation—equipping individuals to walk in their God-given identity and purpose.

Having overcome the pressures of public expectation and religious perfectionism, MiChelle now ministers from a place of authenticity and resilience.

Her transparency invites others to break free from shame, insecurity, and comparison—so they can live boldly as the people God created them to be.

A graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center, MiChelle has been grounded in sound doctrine and Spirit-led leadership.

Her heart beats for practical, life-giving teaching that doesn’t just inspire—but transforms everyday lives.

Through The 3:2 Church, she helps build a culture that is passionate about biblical truth, generosity, evangelism, and discipleship.

A Creative With a Calling

As a classically trained flautist and lover of the arts, MiChelle brings a creative and expressive edge to her ministry.

She envisions a church culture where artistic gifts are not just accepted—but nurtured as part of God’s calling on people’s lives. Through worship, the Word, and the arts, MiChelle desires to reflect the beauty and creativity of the Kingdom.

Leading With Love

MiChelle and Pastor Lee believe ministry is best when done together. As co-lead pastors, they model partnership in marriage, in faith, and in leadership.

Together, they lead The 3:2 Church as a safe haven for the hurting, a launchpad for purpose, and a community for growth.

They live in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with their son, Lucas.
